Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are provided upon request for AED 50 per car per way. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling. Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
Groups:
No special conditions apply for groups.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
Internet:
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 15.00 per hour. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 50.00 per 24 hours.
