Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to three children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 150.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 4.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 30.00 per hour.
Meal Plan:
Continental breakfast is not included and costs AED 25.00 per person.
