Important Information:
The credit card used for guarantee will be charged upon arrival by the main office and not the front desk. No credit card changes can be made at the front desk. For check-in please go to the desk and ask for the Crystal Quarters welcome package. Special requests must be placed in advance to the main office. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
10.25 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
This hotel has no meal services.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site. Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 12.00 per day.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
