Located in the center of downtown Chicago and in the heart of Chicago’s thriving education district.The spacious single-sex rooms at the hostel range in size from 4 beds to 14 beds. Many rooms are equipped with a private shower and restroom. All rooms are furnished with individual lockers for personal belongings, although guests must supply their own lock. Bed linens, towels and pillows are all provided by Hostelling International Chicago.

A large self-service kitchen is available as well as a dining area are located inside the hostel for your convenience.

Important Information:
Hostelling International is a member based organization. Having a current membership is not required to stay here but there is an additional USD 3 per person per day fee for non-members. Please ask the hostel about purchasing a money saving Hostelling International membership upon arrival. Please note that any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
15.4 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 3.00 per 30 minutes.
Meal Plan:
This hotel has no meal services.
Parking:
Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 20.00 per day.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
