This water-front hotel faces the Ala Wai Canal and is located on the corner of Ala Wai Blvd and Nohonani Street. A recently renovated and upgraded Holiday Surf Hotel offers studio and one bedroom condo-style units that feature full kitchens, a living room, and a private lanai for your convenience.

Please note the following pet policy. A refundable USD 500 one time deposit is required at check in. The deposit will be refunded six weeks after departure.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Up to three children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged USD 20.00 per night in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
A fixed amount of USD 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
11.97 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 7.00 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan:
This hotel has no meal services.
Parking:
Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 8.00 per day.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
