This new, small hotel is located in the new development within Alcázar de San Juan, in the province of Ciudad Real. After a day’s work you can relax on the sun terrace at this contemporary-styled hotel, which was opened in 2007. Start the day with the daily breakfast service, and finish off the day with a drink in the hotel bar. In addition to the facilities already mentioned, all rooms come with exterior windows, flat-screen TVs and work desks.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.75 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 2.50 per person.
Parking:
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.50 per day.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
