If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.56 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

The Brasserie restaurant is open from Monday until Saturday from 18.00 - 21.00. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. From the 24th of December 2008 until the 1st of January 2009 our restaurant is only open for breakfast. Lunch and dinner will not be served.

Amrâth Hotel Born Sittard Thermen is situated in the most narrow part of Holland in a picturesque and historical landscape, situated near Sittard - Geleen. The surrounding of the hotel is best characterized as Burgundian. The hotel can easily be reached as it is located right on one of Holland's main high-ways A2. The surrounding of the hotel has much to offer. The natural beauty of the Limbrichter wooded area, the cultural and culinary delights of the historical cities like Maastrich and Sittard. Maaseik is located within a few kilometers from the hotel. A visit to Maastricht, the beautiful city founded in the Roman Era, with its international oriented boutiques, old churches and building, is worthwhile visiting. Sittard, a beautiful city, where the shopping is equally good compared to Maastricht, is also a city with a rich history. The stunning Eifel area is just a few kilometers away. One of the most famous places to visit is Monschau. A visit to this village with its beautiful cottage style homes will be one to remember.
