Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet:
Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
