Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Up to two children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
12 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
