Ideally located in downtown, the Hotel Alux Cancun offers clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price. With an array of restaurants, stores and facilities within walking distance, the hotel is a great base for exploring downtown Cancun including the Parque de las Palapas. Cancun’s wonderful beaches are just a 20 minute bus ride away. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and offer either 1 or 2 double beds.

The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of both Mexican and International food, with room service also available if you prefer. Within walking distance of the hotel, there is a wide range of restaurants and bars to chose from.

Please note, due to the fact that the property does not accept credit cards as form of payment, guest are requested to confirm their arrival time to the hotel, when booking the reservation. Reservations will be guaranteed only until 18:00 hrs. For arrival times after this hour you must have confirmation from the hotel.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
12 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
