Check-in times are from 10:00 until 12:00 and from 17:00 until 20:00. Kindly inform the hotel in advance if you intend to arrive at another time. On Tuesday through Sunday, you can also pick up your key in the Schlosscafé Engel which is just a 2-minute walk away.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet:
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site.
