Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
