Food is served daily in the Ratsschänke and the Ahauser Stuben from 12:00 to 14:00 and again from 18:00 to 22:00, except for on Sundays, when the Ahauser Stuben is only open from 11:00 to 15:00 and not in the evening, unless arranged in advance. Both establishments are closed from 15:00 on Wednesdays.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled or modified up to 18:
00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
