Important Information:
There is one bedroom with disabled facilities. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 17:00. If require a later time please contact hosts Lucy or Matthew directly or mention in the "comments" section on booking. Please note that all bookings must be made Monday to Friday within the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 as our office is closed after 17:00 and Saturdays and Sundays.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. One child under 12 years is charged GBP 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged GBP 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
