There are 52 stunning and super stylish rooms and suites and the impressive facilities include the ever-popular Zagato Restaurant and the delectable Volante Bar and Lounge. The hotel has 6 conference rooms with plenty of natural daylight and panoramic views of the grounds. The French doors offer direct access to the patio and gardens and are often used as the arrival venue for summer events. Complimentary Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and from July 2008, Aston Hall Hotel will boast a fully equipped gym. Aston is only minutes from junction 31 of the M1 and right on the doorstep of the beautiful Peak District.

Hotel Overview

Each room comes complete with a state-of-the-art flat-screen TV, a choice of heavenly pillows from an à la carte menu and, of course, the best of beds. The hotel’s Darcy House opened its doors in April 2008 and is a self-contained house in the hotel’s grounds, which can also be booked for exclusive use. The house has 4 stunning bedrooms decorated in shades of purples, silvers and greys. All of the en suite bathrooms have additional luxuries and extra features, such as one that has twin showers. Rooms in the Darcy House are included in the luxury room type.

Zagato, our modern restaurant, is the perfect place to unwind after a hectic day. Chef James Farrow has created a menu of English dishes that feature a contemporary twist, with many traditional favourites updated but all with the emphasis on fresh and locally sourced seasonal produce. In fact, many of the items on the menu come from the organic farm only a mile or so away from the hotel.

Aston Hall is very close to the Peak District with superb walking and all kinds of attractions. You can visit the Blue John Mines at Castleton, and the stunning Chatsworth House is just a short distance away. For those who like their entertainment on a larger scale, Sheffield Arena and Don Valley Stadium are close by, and Aston Hall is the perfect overnight venue after a concert.
