Arundel Castle (5 miles / 8 km) - built at the end of the 11th century, Arundel Castle has been the home of the Dukes of Norfolk and their ancestors for 850 years. The perfectly preserved interior includes a collection of exquisite furniture, tapestries and a rare collection of paintings by renowned artists Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (5.5 miles / 9 km) - situated in nearby Arundel, the Trust offers interaction with ducks, swans and geese, as well as an atmospheric reed bed walk, pond dipping and boat safaris. Worthing Museum & Art Gallery (6.5 miles / 10.5 km) - an elegant Edwardian building is home to many diverse collections including local history, geology, ceramics, glass, paintings, costumes and juvenilia.

Just off the A280, Angmering Manor is located between Worthing and Arundel with its historic castle and cathedral. By car: - Take the A24 south towards Findon. - At the Findon Bypass, exit right onto the A280. - Continue until you reach the end of Long Furlong, which will take you across the A27. - At the second roundabout, take the second exit onto Water Lane (A280). - As you approach the fork, bear right. - Take the next left onto High Street. - The hotel is on the right.
