The Fairlawn Hotel is a fine Georgian townhouse, less than 2 miles from Stonehenge and 8 miles from Salisbury. A non-smoking hotel with atmosphere, the owners take great pride in providing a friendly and professional service.Each room has recently been refurbished in a charming traditional style. All of the rooms are comfortably furnished and have flat-screen TVs with Freeview digital channels. The owners take care to provide a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

There is a unique feature dining room situated in the former wine cellar area. A healthy continental-style breakfast is available each morning and, for the more traditional, a freshly home-cooked English or vegetarian breakfast is also available, cooked to your specific tastes. Breakfasts are prepared using as much local produce as possible. Evening meals are not available, but you will find a good selection of eateries within a short walk and the owners are happy to recommend some excellent country pubs a few miles away. Those with special dietary needs can be accommodated by prior request. Please contact the Fairlawn in advance, in order to inform them of your requirements. There is also a very comfortable residents’ lounge and a licensed bar.

Disabled Access: The house was originally built in 1837 and, as a listed building, access is limited; however, we want to provide the best service for all our guests. Please call reception in advance, in order to discuss your requirements.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
