Important Information:
Please note that the hotel does not have any rooms adapted for guests with disabilities. If you have difficulty walking, you are welcome to request a room on the ground floor for ease of access (subject to availability). The hotel apologises for any inconvenience. Although they should not disturb your stay, please be aware that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation works. These are expected to be completed by 18 May 2008.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.25 per person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.
Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
