Set in stunning parkland, close to the historic city of York, this beautiful Victorian manor house offers a fusion of traditional style in the main house and contemporary bedrooms in the new extension. Aldwark Manor has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for its restaurant, the ideal place to relax after sightseeing in York, Harrogate and the surrounding areas. The lounges also boast a terrace patio overlooking the gardens and golf course, perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The hotel has an extensive leisure and spa complex, together with an 18-hole par 71 golf course. Close to York and with a tranquil parkland setting, Aldwark Manor is the perfect place for a short break to have a rest. All guests staying before the end of November 2008 can enjoy one free drink at the hotel.

Aldwark Manor is located in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside just minutes from the A1 (M) and within easy reach of historic York, Ripon, Harrogate, Castle Howard and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Exit the A1 at junction 47. Follow the A59 towards York. After 3 miles, turn left onto the B6265 and follow brown Aldwark Manor signs. After 2.7 miles, you will reach an intersection at Little Ouseburn, turn right following the brown signs. After 0.3 miles, you will reach a t junction, turn left. After crossing a hump back bridge, turn right. At the toll bridge, 40 pence is required to cross. Once across, after 100 yards, turn left and proceed for approximately 1/4 mile. The entrance to Aldwark Manor is on the right hand side.
