Important Information:
Check-In: If you are likely to arrive before 16:00, or after 20:00, you must tell Norlaggan so that someone can let you in. If you arrive after 20:00 and do not tell Norlaggan, your booking may be cancelled and considered a no-show.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
