If you enjoy birdwatching, you can visit Aberlady Bay, the headquarters of the new Scottish Ornithological Centre. In addition, the Kilspindie House Hotel is approximately 10 minutes drive from Concorde at East Fortune. Located 25 minutes drive from Edinburgh, you can also reach the city centre in 40 minutes on the good bus service that stops in front of the hotel. Alternatively, you could make the 20 minute journey by train to Edinburgh city centre from Longniddry (3 miles away).
