Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One further older child or adult is charged USD 5.00 per night in an extra bed. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
Tax is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets:
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
