Important Information:
Reception Opening Hours: Mon- Thurs 06.00- 22.00, Fri 06.00- 16.00, Sat-Sun 07.00- 16.00. If you arrive outside these hours, you can check in on an automatic check- in machine located by the entrance.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs DKK 75.00 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan:
Continental breakfast is not included and costs DKK 59.00 per person.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
