Breakfast is included in the room price and is served between: 07.00 - 10.00 from Monday to Saturday and 08.00 - 10.30 on Sunday. The Panorama Restaurant is open from 17.00 - 21.30 daily where we offer an à la carte, table d'hôte and children's menu. Please note that the restaurant will be closed for the evenings during the Christmas and new year periods 26/12-08 - 5/1-09 Cold snacks and sandwiches can be purchased in the reception at all times.

Time of arrival: All arrivals after 18:00 must be stated. The credit card informations we received will be used as a guarantee for all arrivals after 18:00. Payment information: A small surcharge, covering the credit card costs, will be added till you final payment. Contact the hotel for further informations. Pets: Dogs are accepted at a charge of 50 DKK/dog/night

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 18:
00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged DKK 50.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged DKK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
