Important Information:
Reception Opening Hours: Mon- Fri 06.00- 22.00, Sat-Sun 07.00- 22.00. If you arrive outside of these hours, you can check in on an automatic check- in machine located by the entrance. Please remember to provide your booking number and credit card details in order to checking in. It is prohibited to park outside and in front of the hotel - hotel advises you to use the Airport parking area, in order to avoid a fine.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is not included and costs DKK 59.00 per person.
Parking:
Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs DKK 35.00 per day.
Pets:
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
