We are in the old artisan district of Roudná, very near the Historical Centre of Pilsen with its many cultural and architectural attractions. You can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes or there are buses and trams which criss-cross the town. Local taxis are available at reasonable prices due to the short distances normally involved. Prague Airport and the city of Prague are around only 1 hour away by car and private airport transfers are readily available. It is not necessary to go too near Praguecity when going to the airport, thus avoiding the heavier traffic. There are also regular local trains or coaches to and from Pilsen and the outskirts or the centre of Prague where local buses will take you to or from the airport. Motorway access is relatively simple to and from Pilsen, as it is on one of the main routes to Germany from the Czech Republic.

Car Highway D5, direction from Nurnberg a Munchen– exit 89 – information signs Pilsen-Borska pole (road No.26), at the traffic circle keep direction Pilsen-centre (road c.26) go on Domažlická road direction Prague – other transit E50 (road c.26) when you pass under two bridges (Paton‘s and Roosevelt‘s bridge),turn right in direction to centre indicatorHotel Roudná, ZOO),when you go across the Roosevelt’s bridge, you turn right, where you find “Na Roudné” street and the Hotel Roudna. Highway D5, direction from Prague – exit 67 – information signs Pilsen-Centre, than go straight at Rokycanská road. At the Pilsner Urquell, past refuelling station ÖMV (on your left side) you turn right at the crossing in direction to other transit E50 and on the next crossing you turn left in direction to Centre (ZOO). Then you turn right and plough at the Roosevelt’s bridge, when you go across the Roosevelt’s bridge you turn right. There is “Na Roudné” street and the Hotel Roudna. Road E49 direction of Karlovy Vary – information signs Pilsen Centre, go along the main road and when you missed refuelling station Shell (on your left side) plough at the traffic circle and at the second turning go down in direction to ZOO. On the second light crossing (front of Roosevelt’s bridge) you turn left. There is “Na Roudné” street and the Hotel Roudna. Train: From the railway station you get into the Hotel Palace with the tram No.1 or 2 in direstion to centre. You get out at the Republic square, where you go right through the Roosevelt street, which hooks on the Roosevelt’s bridge. This bridge you must pass over and then you turn right. There is “Na Roudné” street and the Hotel Roudna. Plane : - International airport Prague-Ruzyne – motorway D5 - 84km (45 min by car) viz. Highway D5 arrival from Prague.
