Wireless internet in public areas and in part of the rooms is available free of charge. The hotel offers 15% discount cards for the cable car tickets (valid if bought at the ticket window).

The Pension Familia lies in the centre of Harrachov, 200 metres from the ski area. It has 6 very spacious, en-suite bedrooms. The guest house offers a kitchen and 2 living rooms, a special corner for children and the possibility to play darts. There is a terrace with a grill, a garden, a fireplace, a playground and a swimming pool. In close proximity to the guest house you can find restaurants, a bakery, another playground, wellness facilities and others. Harrachov is one of the most important Czech centres of mountain hiking and skiing; several winter sport events take place there regularly, and it is known for the internationally used ski jumping facilities. From 20 December to 3 January and during February there is a minimum stay of 3 days applicable. All children up to 15 years are each charged 50% of the room rate per night when staying with a parent.
