Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. All further children under 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
Internet:
Internet via modem is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. Full board is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person.
Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
