The hotel restaurant, Samy Garden, is open all year round to serve you freshly made cuisine. It is located on the highest part of the park, so you can enjoy a panoramic view over the beautiful hills of Malmedy. In the restaurant there is also a comfortable and welcoming bar for you to relax in, before or after your meal. You can exchange experiences with other guests or relax with a nice drink, enjoying the view. Each day the chef takes on the exciting challenge of creating a multitude of delicious meals. You can choose between well-known dishes, regional specialties, seasonal meals or be surprised by his international cooking skills. For small children, the hotel offers the Large Small Menu Card, which contains every child's favourites. The staff are aware that it's not easy for children to sit still, quietly, for a long period of time, so during meals they can enjoy themselves with paper games, and before or after they can watch a movie or play a game in the playing area. The bar and restaurant opening times depend on the season. There is always a service to order bread for breakfast which can be picked up from 09.00 at the reception.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.
Parking:
Free Public parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
