We have special fare for a single occupancy in an apartment and apartments for 2. The Gite du Roy offer business and leisure travelers the ideal accommodation and location: 35 minutes from Maastricht, 30 minutes from Liege and 40 minutes from Aachen. Please note that "Venus" and "Doux Reve" are located at the 80/2 chemin du bois du roi in Warsage.

Hotel Information

Heated private swimming pool located up to 1.5km away from the apartments. Access to tennis courts also available. Located by a large park with a pond and woods, ideal for walking, cycling or horse riding (500meters).

Important Information:
Your reservation is effective from the moment that we receive the entire payment for your booked stay. You will then receive a confirmation within one week's time. Cleaning costs EUR 40. For the use of the swimming pool, water, electricity, etc. we charge EUR 12 per day (during the summer as well as the winter). The hotel requires EUR 200 guaranty per apartment

Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT is included. EUR 12.00 service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

The Gite du Roy offers business and leisure travellers the ideal accommodation and location: 35 minutes from Maastricht, 30 minutes from Liege and 40 minutes from Aachen. Please note that "Venus" and "Doux Reve" are located at number 80/2, Chemin du Bois du Roi, in Warsage.

All apartments are self-catered and come with a fully equipped kitchen. This accommodation offers a catering service which you can reserver 3 or 4 days in advance, it is not possible to order for Sundays
