Kitz Residenz enjoys a quiet location, just 700 metres from the centre of Kaprun and only 70 metres from the the skibus stop. The 14 comfortable apartments (from 51 to 135 m²) come with a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony or terrace with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn. Several restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the apartment house. Kaprun and its surrounding area offers countless activities to choose from, in summer as well as in winter.Our atmospheric apartments are very spacious and are equipped with a complete kitchen, one to four bedrooms and one or more bathrooms. All apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture.

Important Information:
Please note that the city tax and extra costs, EUR 18 per person per week, have to be paid directly at the hotel. The booking amount has to be paid through a bank transaction. You will receive an email from Kitz Residenz with a confirmation number that you will need to make the payment. The deposit will be charged on arrival and will be refund when you leave the apartment in a good condition.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy:
A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.

Pets:
