Policies

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
